Honda Ya!

I had dinner at this quaint Japanese restaurant near my house. Although we waited outside in the cold for an hour and half, it was quite a unique experience.
I looked up and thought these lamps were quite cool.

Orange County fires

Today, there were fires all around the Yorba Linda and Brea areas. It was chaos with smoke filling the air and traffic everywhere! As I waited for someone, I saw a tree's shadow against the wall.

I know it's hard to tell, but the smoke made a thick layer above the horizon.

Fight on & BEAT the Huskies!

Michael & I were invited to the USC v. Washington game at the Coliseum. It was my first SC football game & it was fun to see all the fans! We were among a sea of red...

Michael & me at the game!

As boring of a game as it was (58-0 shutout! Go trojans!), it was fun to feel the cultish spirit of SC fans!

Fall Festival!

Every year, my church holds a Fall Festival, the Halloween alternative for our kids. Although I spent most of the time helping out for our outdoor cafe for the parents, it was cool to see so many people dressed up.Matt & Cindy as Peter Pan & Tinkerbell.
Jennifer, me & Angela manning our refreshments table.

Michael could not keep Dorothy (Elizabeth) still!

Ann & David's wedding

Ann & David had their wedding in downtown Los Angeles! Cafe Pinot was the hot spot for this wonderful wedding/reception, outside of the Los Angeles Central Library.

I thought it was cool that all these different languages were on these steps.

Although I didn't get a picture with the newlyweds with my camera, these were the great people at my table.

I LOVE Sara B!

So I went to the Sara Bareilles concert at the Wiltern with my sister. She was an amazing performer (as well as Marc Broussard & band). Her voice just knocks my socks off! :)

Sarah & me during intermission. So we got these awesome front mezzanine tickets 'cause this elderly couple wanted to sit farther from the speakers. I could actually see Sara! ;)

Sadly, I tried posting videos, but uploading was taking too long. Sorry :(
