couple hours one saturday night

After a long day, I returned to campus restless albeit exhausted. Instead of working on my thesis, I got out my charcoal and worked on my assignment.

It's been a busy week full of reading and writing of my senior thesis. All I've done all week is stare into my computer, feverishly writing pages to this monster, and listen to my iPod as I run off the stress at the gym.

After our special Resurrection service, we had to clean up an entire day's production. After grabbing a late-night dinner, we headed back to church and put everything back in its place (all that sound equipment had to be re-wired).

I was sitting on the ground trying to clean up a bit (aka trying to be helpful) and thought I'd snap a few shots....

Baptism!

Today was Easter Sunday and we had baptism during church service. Here's Liz, Daegun, and baby Adeline. This was Taegun's first prayer for Adeline.

Phil Wickham turned Islands

A couple friends and I went to Pasadena, where we were supposed to see Phil Wickham in concert.

So we didn't actually see Phil. We couldn't get seats, so we did the next best thing- watch the SC/LA game at Islands. Dina, Hannah, and Michael.

So Alex lost a bet and Michael got to punch him really hard (such boys).

Unfortunately, Alex was a little thicker than Michael thought.

valentine's day :)

So for our first valentine's day together, Michael and I went to Cedar Creek Inn, a restaurant in Brea. We enjoyed our steaks (we love our meat!) and had a cozy dinner.

We had to go to UCR after dinner for a sister's appreciation night, of which the theme was "Beauty and the Geek." Michael makes a quite fitting geek ;)

Of course, how could I forget the beautiful flowers he arranged himself for me! Roses AND tulips. What a sweetie.
